Mike and Scott in service were great to deal with while we had car issues during our camping trip in Tidioute.
They informed me i still qualified for a free tow, and once diagnosed, they actually had the part needed for repair and got it done within 24 hours of being towed to their facility, all the while they were short-handed that week. Thanks again for getting our family back on the road!
Our experience with Jones Chevrolet was excellent. All the staff members we friendly and courteous.
The sales staff was very helpful with providing information about each of the vehicles we were interested in test driving. Our salesman helped us make our selection and explained the ordering process. After we ordered our car he kept us up to date on the production of our car and the delivery. Once our car was delivered to Jones our salesman promptly informed us.
On the day were bought our new car our salesman gave us a thorough orientation of the features.

I was concerned about finding a car dealership I could trust when I moved here, but I've been very pleased with the service and treatment I've received here at Jones. They were first of all able to find me a car when I needed to trade mine in and there were no cars on any lots...even though that meant going out of state.( thanks Dave Paul) and now both Tim and Mike have been very helpful in the service dept. I can get my car in within a timely manner and the works has always been above satisfactory. Thanks to all!
Inexperienced...... Expensive........ Lack of communication with customer. Too many people telling you different things.. NEVER and I mean NEVER again! Been to a few different garages. And unfortunately, this one, is one of the worst! I love chevy/GMC.... but......ouch!

Bought a new vehicle and for the past 1 1/2 months I have been trying to get them to fix a dent on the vehicle that I didn’t notice until I got it home and the sun hits it just right. The salesman Michael kept telling me they’d take care of it; yet never did. And the general manager Jesse doesn’t return any calls. Would not recommend; I will never go back there!
